Es sencillo, solo debes de observar que es lo que les gusta a cada uno independientemente, luego formas tu juicio de valor y tratas de compaginar, acercarte segun un patron de comportamiento que sastifaga a cada uno.
La empatía es la capacidad de ponernos en el lugar del otro, de entenderle y llegar a saber cómo se siente e incluso saber lo que puede estar pensando. Es una capacidad por lo tanto fundamental para relacionarnos con los demás.
¿Por qué es importante la empatía?
La capacidad de poder comprender a los demás y ponerse en el lugar de otros es algo fundamental para el desarrollo de la persona.
Nos ayuda a comprendernos mejor a nosotros mismos. Favorece el desarrollo y la adaptación emocional, ya que aprendemos a no centrar en nosotros mismos aquello que ocurre a nuestro alrededor. Por ejemplo ante un enfado de una persona con nosotros, podemos salir de nosotros mismos e ir más allá comprendiendo al otro. Las personas empáticas, por lo tanto se relacionan mejor con los demás. Estas relaciones son más ricas, los vínculos más estrechos, la comunicación más efectiva. Contribuye a desarrollar la sociabilidad, y por lo tanto es un elemento fundamental de las habilidades sociales. Es un componente fundamental de la Inteligencia Emocional. Nos permite actuar considerando a los demás. La empatía es esencial para ser personas populares y queridas. Si el otro siente que es comprendido y que no es juzgado, confiará en esa persona y se sentirá seguro en su compañía. Al contribuir a todo esto, la empatía por lo tanto va a fortalecer la autoestima de la persona, su seguridad y equilibrio. Es fundamental desarrollar la empatía en los niños y niñas, ya que si son empáticos, son menos agresivos, mas comunicativos, son capaces de expresar mejor sus sentimientos y crecen seguros y fortaleciendo su autoestima.
