I think that the suprise parties may be really fun. It makes a person celebrating their birthday feel important to her friends or family. It itself can be a present for that person. But we are forced to expect that the birthday person may have their own plans for that day. Therefore, you'd better find out what they are going to do on their birthday.

I prepared a suprise party once. It was by best friend's party and she was really pleased. It was a wonderful feeling to see a true smile on her face. We all had a great fun!
