Celsius ke reamur = 4/5 x suhu
celsius ke fahrenheit = 9/5 x suhu + 32
celsius ke kelvin = 273 + suhu

reamur ke celsius = 5/4 x suhu
reamur ke fahrenheit = 9/4 x suhu + 32
reamur ke kelvin = 5/4 x suhu + 273

fahrenheit ke celsius = (suhu-32) x 5/9
fahrenheit ke reamur = (suhu - 32) x 4/9
fahrenheit ke kelvin = (suhu - 32) x 5/9 + 273

kelvin ke celsius = suhu-273
kelvin ke reamur = (suhu-273) x 4/5
kelvin ke fahrenheit = (suhu-273) x 5/9 + 32
