I am writitng to thank you for the great help i got fromy the staff whilst i stayed in the hotel.
Recently i visited your hotel for a weelend. However I had a problem in my room, the water was cold and it wouldn't turn warm. I wasn't able to have showers or wash things. The hotel is really nice but i wouldn't be able to stay there for long with no hot water.
I decided to call the staff. I didnt have to wait long, they were there within minutes and fixed the problem really quickly. I was very happy and i would like to thank you again for looking after your guests so well. I am sure to visit again soon.
