Zaprosiłeś koleżankę do dość drogiej restauracji. Jedzenie było wyśmienite lecz obsługa beznadziejna. Napisz list do kierownika restauracji.
* Wyjaśnij dlaczego piszesz i kiedy byleś/byłaś w danej restauracji
* Wyraź rozczarowanie zachowaniem kelnera i podkreśl, że przez 40 minut was zignorował
* Napisz, że muzyka była zbyt głośna, a kelner wystawił błędny rachunek
* Zasugeruj kierownikowi, co powinnien zrobić, i dodaj, że oczekujesz przeprosin.
To jest list z zażaleniem proszę w miare możliwości dobre prace : )

Dear Sir/Madam.
On December 30th 2011 I visited your restaurant and I discovered a few shortcomings.
I would like you to be aware of them in hope something will be done.
First of all, the service was horrible. Our waiter ignored us for forty minutes! We weren't given menus or asked if we would like anything to drink, let alone proper service! When he finally approached us, he was very unkind and rude.
Furthermore, the music played there was so loud I could not hear a word a company of mine was saying! We felt more like during a rock concert than a nice dinner in a luxurious restaurant!
To make the matters worse, the waiter brought us wrong receipt. We were charged more than we were supposed to be charged. It is unaccaptable.
I expect the waiter I mentioned will be either fired or sent to a proper training. I also expect written apology.
