Here is our report on what we have done so far for the charity bazaar.

SPECIAL EVENTS
We have already booked 2 clowns and they arriving at 11 o'clock on Sunday morning. We haven't booked their taxi yet. We're doing that tonight.

TICKETS
We have printed 250 tickets and we have already sold 200!

SCHOOL HALL
We have prepared the school hall. We have put tables and chairs there and decorated the walls.

FOOD AND DRINK
We have ordered burgers, cakes and biscuits. We haven't ordered the drinks yet. We're doing that on Friday evening.
