Sposób przygotowania: 1.Zaczyn: Do letniej wody dodaj cukier i wkrusz paczkę drożdży. Kiedy sie spieni dokładnie wymieszaj dodając garść mąki. 2.Wymieszaj mąkę i sól w misce. Dodaj zaczyn (kiedy już wyrośnie) i zalej wodą. Wyrabiaj ciasto. 3.Najpierw ugniataj koniuszkami palców, a kiedy konsystencja będzie już stała, ugniataj pięściami aż ciasto zacznie łatwo odchodzić od miski. 4.Przykryj ciasto i pozostaw na dwie godziny do wyrośnięcia. 5.Kiedy już urośnie, uformuj bochenek, przykryj i odłóż z powrotem na dwie godziny. 6.Następnie włóż do piekarnika i piecz w umiarkowanej temperaturze. 7.Kiedy chleb sie upiecze wyjmij go z piekarnika, przetrzyj powierzchnię woda i włóż z powrotem na kilka minut.
