Me piden que calculé el área y perímetro de las siguientes zonas sin sombrear.

16 pi por 4 es igual 64 pi es el area sombreada
luego el perimetro sin sombrear es 28

Si ves con atencion veras que el circulo tiene un radio de 4
Entonces lo que hare sera calcular el area de los circulos
A = pi x r^2
r = radio
A = pi x 4^2 A = 16pi --------->Pero esto solo es el area de un circulo
Para hallar el area sombrea osea el area de los 4 circulos , lo que vamos a hacer sera multiplicar por 4 el area que ya teniamos definida
As = 4 (16pi)
As = Area sombreada
As = 4 (16pi) As = 64pi As = 201.0619298 ------->Para ser mas exactos
Ahora buscare el area del rectangulo
Ar = a x b a = altura b = base
Ar = a x b Ar = 12 x 18 Ar = 216
Tengo las areas pero la que necesito es la no sombreada , entonces lo que nececito hacer es solamente restar el area del rectangulo con el area sombreada
Area no sombreada = Area del rectangulo - Area sombreada Ans = 216 - 201.0619298 Ans = 14.9380702 U^2-------------->Esta es tu respuesta
Nota* Yo puse U^2 para indicar unidades cuadradas no se que unidad de medicion uses pero siempre es al cuadrado
Para hallar el perimetro solo tienes que ser muy perspicas y veras que el perimetro del rectangulo esta delimitado con los circulos asi que tendras que buscar el perimetro de los circulos
Sera algo complicado asi que solo te dejare la formula y el resultado
P = 2pi x r
Eso me da que el perimetro que voy a necesitar (No es el perimetro total para que no te confundas)
P = 8pi------->Es el perimetro de la cuartas partes sumadas de los circulos
El perimetro total
P = 10 + 10 + 4 + 4+ 8pi P= 53.13274123 ---------------->Es el perimetro respuesta
luego el perimetro sin sombrear es 28
