Dish that you would like to present is very tasty. It is called "Prawns in Thai." The ingredients we need are :
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil ,
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped ,
- 200 g cut into 3 cm pieces of green asparagus ,
- 125 g of miniature corn cobs ,
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce ,
- 4 tablespoons vegetable stock ,
- 1 ripe tomato chopped into small cubes ,
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch ,
- 150 g peeled from the shell of medium size shrimp ,
- 1 large carrot, cut into match ,
- 3 cm peeled and chopped in a match fresh ginger root ,
- ½ teaspoon chili powder ,
- 100 g of fresh spinach .
Method dishes :
Heat the oil in a wok, fry garlic and ginger until they are golden.
Cut off the tops of asparagus, asparagus, carrots and corn toss it into the wok.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the tips of asparagus, shrimp and chili and cook for 2 minutes.
