    Dear Sir or Madam, 

    I have recently been on holiday in Greece organized by Your travel agency. The holiday started 26th July and ended 10th August. I have to say that I am very disapointed about my vacation.

    Before the journey started, I was provided to stay in a 4-star hotel and offered by plenty of amazing activities. For example, I was supposed to receive free tickets to local theatre and also free passes to nearby swimming pool. It turned out that 'the 4-star hotel' wasn't even a hotel! And I had to pay for 'free' tickets! This all inconvenience ruined my holiday.

    I am afraid that I am not the only victim of Your travel agency. I found out that my neighbour was also cheated by You. His family went to Spain last year. When they arrived, it turned out that there weren't any rooms in the hotel which they booked by Your travel agency. There was no reservation.

    I demand a recompense for this disapointing holiday.
