Alguien me podría ayudar con oraciones en presente simple y presente progresivo con los adverbios de frecuencia...??

Presente Simple o habitual (expresa hábitos va acompañado de los adverbios de frecuencia).

I always get up at seven o´clock. 
She never drinks wine. 
They hardly ever go to the cinema. 
We sometimes buy some sweets. 
They often visit their aunt. 

Presente Progresivo o continuo (la acción está sucediendo en este momento, no lleva adverbios de frecuencia)

Robert is playing the guitar. 
She is reading an interesting novel. 
You are watching TV now. 
They are writing a redaction. 
We are listening to the teacher.
