Because most of the student lazy and think they can't do that . They also like which is forbidden for them.. Like watching porn video, etc. They think they're better do which is funny than study.

In my opinion, because some students get negative effect from globalization. with globalization can make students lazy, because there are many games and student can get information from internet easily without hard working. and also the government not care again about education.
