L = Lalas + jmlah Lsegitiga
  = s×s + 4××a×tsegitiga
  = 12×12 + 2×12×10
  = 144 + 240
  = 384

A = t limas
   = 8 cm

b = s : 2
   = 12 cm : 2
   = 6 cm

   a² + b² = c²
  8² + 6² = c²
64 + 36 = c²
     100 = c²
   √100 = √c²
      10 = c

t sisi tegak = c
                 = 10 cm

LP = La + Jumlah L sisi tegak
     = s² + 4(1/2 × a × t)
     = 12² + 4(1/2 × 12 × 10)
     = 144 + 4(60)
     = 144 + 240
     = 384 cm²

Jadi luas permukaan limas tersebut adalah 384 cm².
