3x - y = 10
y = 3x - 10

2x + 3y = 3
2x + 3 (3x - 10) = 3
2x + 9x - 30 = 3
11x = 30 + 3
x = 33/11
x = 3

y = 3x - 10
   = 3 . 3 - 10 
   = 9 - 10
   = -1

2x - y = 2 . 3 - (-1) 
          = 6 + 1
          = 7
