Some recommendations to adopt a healthy lifestyle are the following:
1. Practice a healthy and balanced diet, which provides us with the necessary nutrients to carry out vital functions and other daily activities.
2. Choose a physical activity that is pleasant for us to exercise regularly.
3. Avoid excessive consumption of processed foods and always prefer organic foods to support this eco-friendly agricultural production practice.
4. Avoid the consumption of substances that are harmful to health such as alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs.
My favorite sport is cycling because it allows me to travel new places and train my body at the same time.
