Proszę o napisanie zażalenia ;)
W zeszłym miesiącu zatrzymałeś/-aś się w hotelu w Anglii. Swój pobyt uważasz za nieudany.
Napisz zażalenie (120-150 słów), w którym:
- wyjaśnisz, dlaczego wybrałeś/-aś ten hotel i dlaczego nie jesteś zadowolony/-a z pobytu w nim,
- złożysz zażalenie na jakość jedzenia i je uzasadnisz,
- opiszesz pewnien problem i sposób, w jaki obsługa hotelu na niego zareagowała,
- określisz swoje odczucia dotyczące zaistniałej sytuacji i oczekiwania wobec zarządcy hotelu.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writting to complain about your hotel. The last month I was on the holiday and was sleeping in your hotel.
I am really angry on food queality. I had a free food in your hotel so I thougt that it is a good idea to use it. In fact your food was teriblle and for a 3 days I had a stomachache. I have never ate awful food like yours. It was look good but was not tasty. I told about my problem my host, but he did not have a time to talk with me about it. He said that it is a free food so I should have been happy.
All in all I am most dissapointed about your service. I thought that it is a good hotel, but it was my frist and last visit there. Thanks for your food I am sick now!
