W hotelu, w którym się zatrzymałeś/łaś, nie wszystko jest tak jak należy. W rozmowie z kierownikiem hotelu porusz następujące cztery kwestie:
- jakość jedzenia w hotelowej restauracji
- nocne hałasy
- wadliwe wyposażenie pokoju
- możliwość zmiany pokoju

A. I want to talk with you about my negative opinion about some things in your hotel.
B. OK Sir, what's bothering you?
A. Well, my first disappointment is the food that your chief are serving in your restaurant. On your website it says that you have one of the best chiefs in country, but I'm not satisfied with quality of the dishes. In my soup I found piece of nail and hair in my pancake.
B. Oh, that's unacceptable, I have to talk to them about that. Is there anything else?
A. Yes, a few neighbours are really loud at night and I can't sleep well. I also noticed that in bathroom there is broken shower pipe and the water is leaking. Is there any possibility of room changing?
