Last month I stayed in Your hotel in Dublin. However, during my stay I had eperieneced a lot of difficulties regarding my accommodation. Firstly, upon arriving and checking in my room I noticed that the room had not been cleaned properly. There were remainings of food scattered around the room and the bathroom looked deplorable. The shower would not work the first time I wanted to use it. When I turned on the hot tap only cold water did flow. I was utterly disappointed as I had arrived at your hotel after an exhausting plane trip and needed a hot, relaxing shower. Furthermore, the food which I was served seemed to haven't been prepared properly. The lunch was usually cold and distasteful. After having complained about this matter to the hotel staff for the first time I was ensured that it would not happen again, yet following lunches have also been cold and untasty. With regard to all of these inconvenences I had a displeasure to experience I wish to receive a compensation in the form of a full refund. Look forward to hearing from you soon Sincerely XYZ
