Many people from the West Indies -Theyre islands near The USA -live in Notting Hill in London.Every year they organise a carnival on the last weekend of August.Aboute one million people go to the Carnival every year!Today is Carnival day!Rob and Vicki are watching the Carnival from Rob.s flat.They arent watching it from the street because there are a lot of people there.
