5(2-x)+3(x+6)=10-4(6+2x)

Salamandra01 5(2-x)+3(x+6) = 10-4(6+2x)
10-5x+3x+18 = 10-24-8x
8x-5x+3x = 10-24-10-18
6x = (-42)
x = (-42)/6
x = (-7)
