I read the biography of Albert Einstein on my last holidays. [Einstein was one of the greatest geniuses in the history of science.]² [He wasn't a good student]³ at school, but he loved physics and maths. He was a rebel and his mind was brilliant. He discovered the mysteries of the atom and the universe. You must read this book. Einstein's story is fascinating!

Leí la biografía de Albert Einstein en mis últimas vacaciones. Einstein fue uno de los mayores genios de la historia de la ciencia. My family and I like travelling and visiting new places. [We were in Europe last year]⁴ and we used the travel guide 'Europe Essentials' every day of our trip. It was very useful. The book contains a lot of information, but you don't need to read it all. You can read the parts that you are interested in.

I always read during my holidays. Adventure stories are my favourite books. On my holidays last year, I read 'Terror on Mount Everest'. [It was about two climbers. They were on Mount Everest and they met the Yeti monster.]⁵ The characters weren't interesting and the story wasn't exciting. It was long and boring. I don't recommend it.

Siempre leo durante mis vacaciones. Las historias de aventuras son mis libros favoritos. En mis vacaciones del año pasado, leí "Terror en el Monte Everest". Se trataba de dos alpinistas. Estaban en el Monte Everest y se encontraron con el monstruo Yeti. Los personajes no eran interesantes y la historia no era emocionante. Era larga y aburrida. No lo recomiendo.
