1.I cycled along the road when I noticed something in front of me.

2.I tried to stop, but I hit it and I landed on the road.

3.I thought it was a ghost! But while I shouted for help, it got up and walked away. It was a cow!

 

W drugim zdaniu, pomiędzy stop i but nie pasuje żaden podany czasownik, ani when i while.
