Dear Sir/Madame

I'm writing to tell you about a problem in our town. Yesterday, when I went to the store, I saw a huge traffic jam. It looked as if the sygnalisation was broken. The drivers were very irritated - they kept on sounding their horns. I took a picture of this scene and I attached it to this letter.

I think this is a very important matter for our town. There's too many cars - I often see overcrowded parking lots.

Not many people use bicycles. Also, if there were more buses, people would use them instead of their cars.

I think we should advertise the good sides of using a bicycle and bus. Going everywhere by car is bad for your health. We should have more courses that deal with sport and promote a healthy life style. Not only that - our city' air is becoming more and more polluted. If we all become aware of the problem and work out ways to solve it, it will take a short time. So please start an iniciative for this. I'm sure many people will join.
