Jeśli nie widzisz różnicy pomiędzy tymi dwoma czasami, Present Simple używamy gdy w zdaniu jest słówko które określa częstość wykonywania czynności ( He usually wears).
Natomiast Present Continues używamy, gdy w zdaniu jest słowo określające czas (today, tomorrow), a przed samym czasownikiem z końcówką -ing piszemy is, are w zależności od osoby.
