En este tipo de ejercicio, lo que debes hacer es multiplicar termino a termino, la ecuación y mantener los signos, en este caso son todos positivos, pero cuando sea alguno negativo debes seguir las reglas + por + = + - por - = + + por - = - - por + = -
(2x+y)(3x+y) entonces termino a termino sería
(2x por 3x) + (2x por y) + (y por 3x) + (y por y) entonces quedaría
6x(al cuadrado la x) + 2xy + 3xy + y(al cuadrado)
6x(solo la x al cuadrado) + 5xy + y(al cuadrado)

(2x+y)(3x+y)....es una multiplicacion de monomios,,,osea multiplicar terminos a terminos...ejemplo...2x * 3x=6x²......2x*y=2xy......y*3x=3yx.....y*y=y²....mucho mejor seria asi:
(2x+y)(3x+y) 6x²+2xy+3yx+y².....y simplifica 6x²+5xy+y².....y listo suerte espero que te sirva
+ por + = +
- por - = +
+ por - = -
- por + = -
(2x+y)(3x+y) entonces termino a termino sería
(2x por 3x) + (2x por y) + (y por 3x) + (y por y) entonces quedaría
6x(al cuadrado la x) + 2xy + 3xy + y(al cuadrado)
6x(solo la x al cuadrado) + 5xy + y(al cuadrado)
(2x+y)(3x+y)
6x²+2xy+3yx+y².....y simplifica
6x²+5xy+y².....y listo
suerte espero que te sirva
