Zdanie nr 3 napisałam prawidłowo, chociaż niektórzy nie zgadzają się z tym. "More cheaply" oznacza dużo taniej i cheaply jest przysłówkiem. Nie możemy użyć wyrazu "cheap", który jest rzeczownikiem ani "cheaply". Podaję linka do strony Cambridge, gdzie można sobie poczytać na temat tego zwrotu.
