1. I think that, it's justified, because in my opinion people who work in big corporations should look smart and make a good impression on their customers.

2. We shouldn't judge people by appearance, because we often make mistakes and draw the wrong conclusions. In fact this can be a good-hearted man and often we dont know about this.

3. In my opinion more important is personality. Most people only look at the appearance, For me this is unpleasant. The most important thing is our heart  Our behavior create our personal person and how other people perceive us.
