For their part, Continuous Quantitative Variables are numerical variables that allow decimal expressions because they can take any real value within a range (that is, there are infinite possibilities). In this case, 5 examples of continuous quantitative variables would be:
· The weight of a person (0-200 kg)
· The time it takes to travel (0 hours - 36 hours)
· The distance of a road (0 kilometers - 4000 kilometers)
· The price of supermarket items (0 pesos - 4000 pesos)
· The speed of an airplane (0 km / h - 900 km / h)
Note that in all cases there are infinite values in the interval because the values can be expressed in that way. For example, a person can weigh 76.78 kilograms, as well as the distance on a road can exactly be 234.58 kilometers and the price of an item in the supermarket can be 27.33 pesos.
