1. I think that river is really bad, and it need an attention immediately
2. Because the citizens isn't care about the river, they throw away their junks to         that river and cause the river's pure water into dirty water.
3. They aren't thinking about the nature, they only did whatever their need and destroyed the river, and at the end, they will end up regret with their acts.
