Lars magnus ericsson was born in Sweden in 1846. His father died when he was 12. Lars then worked in a mine to help his family. In 1867, he moved to Stockholm. He worked for six years for a company, Ollers abd Co. After that, he worked abroad from 1872 to 1875. He returned co to Sweden i 1875 and he stared his own telepgone company with a a friend. They repaired phones. Ericsson copierd ideas grom other phone comanies like Bell and Siemens. In In 1879, he created his own phone. Later, other companies copierd his ideas. His work was very good, and his early phones are beautiful. Todaj, lots of people colleect old phones and they want to find early Ericsson phones for their collections.
