-Do you follow me?
-Are you with me?
-Do you know what I mean?

2. To give and ask someone's opinion we will say :
-What do you think about....? I think it is...
-What's your opinion about...? In my opinion it is...
-What's your comment on...? In my comment on..
-What's your view about. .? In my view ..
-What do you think of...? I think..
-How about....? I guess...
-Do you like....? I suppose..
-Do you agree with...? I assume..
