z góry bardzo dzikuje

COMPLAINT
I would like to make a complaint the trip you choose for me.
I arrived on the trip on 5th July 2012 to London by plane.
Everything was ok intil I reached hotel in London. You declare that the hotel will be exclusive, 4-stars and the room service will be very polite. In fact the hotel was dirty, dingy and repulsive place. It looked like rats inhabited it for years, not people as you promissed. Besides the room service wasn't polite for me. They ignored my requests and they didn't care when I said that I will make a complaint.
I tried to change the hotel on one's own but unsuccessfully. All telephonists said that they have all rooms occupied.
Therefore I would like to get reimbursement of this horrible trip or reduce costs of the next trip.
