Dear Sirs, Three weeks ago I ordered all 3 parts of "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy in your online shop. The purchase order number is 123456789. Unfortunately I am not fully satisfied with realization of my order. First of all the cover of one of the books was folded. I think you should pay more attention during packing of your books. Secondly, delivery of the books was significantly delayed. Althought the books were supposed to be shipped in 24 hours after the payment I had to wait over two weeks for the delivery. The books were meant to be a gift for my friend and due to the delay I had to find another present. In this situation I want to return the books as I don't need them anymore and I expect the full refund. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the purchase which I made in your shop on 1st September. I bought textbooks of biology and chemistry. My number of order is 154. First of all, on your webside says that delivery lasts 2 days but I was waiting for a courier for 3 weeks. At that time i had test of biology and I hadn't had material to prepare. I got a failing grade and I will have to qualify this test. On top of something, when the books arrived it was falling apart. There are missing many pages. You can imagine how angry I was and still am, considering the circumstances.
I hope this matter will be given your immediate attention. I would like to change defective books into new textbooks. I think that this time everything will go somebody's way.
