I think it's important how the girl look like, because she must be well groomed. She should be elegant, modest, well-coiffed and clean. 

 

Candidate should be above all a nice, kind, funny, but not vulgar and eccentric. She should have a respectful to the people. She should be intelligent and have a lot of interests.

 

I think the jury should be composed of four people - two women and two men.

 

Best day to hold the elections, it is definitely a warm summer day when candidates can present themselves in a nice, airy clothes. No one has to worry about the weather.
