Last week I ordered a mp3 player from your catalogue. I received it yesterday and since than I'm trying to turn it on. The baterry is flat. I think something might be wrong with it. I connect it to my computer by a USB cable and it still is not charging. Maybe it's the cable fault. It might be broken. I don't know for sure. I am asking you to check what is wrong with it and repair it. If the problem can not be solved, I would want to get my money back. Please let me know if that is possible.
