Subject: The Charity bazaar

 

Here is our report on what we have done so far for the charity bazaar.

 

Special Events

We have booked two clowns that will arive at 11 o'clock on saturday morning. They will be entertaining the children by doing funny things. We also booked a Taxi for tonight.

 

Tickets

We printed two hundred fifty tickets, but we only sold 200 of them. We are donating the money to the charity.

 

School Hall

The school hall was nicely decorated yesterday by our school pupils. We put tables and chairs in the dchool hall so many of our guests can eat and drink. The most beutiful decorations are on the wall were w mixed many paintings of the school's pupils.

 

Food and Drink

We have a variety (duzy wybor) of foods for tommorow including hamburgers, cakes and biscuits. Drinks like coke or Ice tea were als ordered for tonight.
