I think you can, because not everyone wants to be at war and fight, there are many people on this planet that would like peace and not wars and areguments. If you find the right person, who is a person like that, then maybe you will be able to build a friendship.

In my opinion, you can. War does not depend on all the people living in the country and some of them may turn out to be wonderful people and friends. It is never worthwhile to judge certain things objectively as it may confuse us. Some people are worth attention, even if it seems to us that it is completely different - it is worth finding out and experiencing it, rather than living in false ideas. It is true that some people are against it, but in my opinion it is not worth throwing everyone into unity and following your opinion.
