I don't agree with aforementioned thesis. I have my reasons. The thing is, that they do communiate, but not on the face-to-face condition. They use many of the other communication tools, like IM (e.g. Windows Messenger), VoIP (like Skype) and so it goes. But the communication is such a extensive thing, that is applies to many backgrounds. To the ones using new technologies too. So it isn't the communication that disappears, it still is there, and is doing fine. The other thing is face-to-face communication or communicative skills, but it's the whole another topic ...
