Dear Janet,
1__I am sorry I haven't written to you, but I've been away on holiday. So, I am writing from beatufil Paris to let you know how I am getting on.
2__It's hot and sunny and I am having a fantastic time. Ron and I have been here since Monday. We are sstaying at a lovely hotel on the city center.
3__Last Tuesday, we went to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the top was breathtaking! On Saturday we took a boat trip down the Seine River: It was grat. We've taken lots of photos so far: We've also been shopping at the Galleries Lafayette-I've bought lots of clothes.
4__We haven't visited the Louvre yet and we haven't seen Notre Dame. We're going tomorrow. Ithink I'll love it.
We're also going to visit the Pompidou Center.
5__We're coming back next Sunday, so I'll see you then.
