They were refugees, you could say. Some British people did not like to see so many new communities but now we fit in and are like everyone else. There are a lot of Ugandan Asians in our neighbourhood, but we mix freely with other groups. Britain is multicultural society and is quite tolerant . There is still some prejudices, but on the whole it works.
