A: Good morning. I would like to make a complaint. The mobile phone which I bought in your shop yesterday is damaged.
B: What's the problem with it?
A: It has two deep cracks on the front. It doesn't look good. It isn't the biggest problem, though. When I use it, it suddenly stops working and it happens all the time.
B: Have you got a receipt?
A: Yes, of course.
B: Thank you. Could you give me this device, too? I'll try to check what's wrong with it.
A: Here you are.
B: Well, it seems that you're right. It has a design flaw. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. I can give you a refund.
