Ditanya : massa CO2 , jika Keadaannya sama dengan SO3 ?
Jawab :
Mr SO3 :
= Ar S + 3.Ar O
= 32 + 3.16
= 80 gram/mol
Mr CO2 :
= Ar C + 2.Ar O
= 12 + 2.16
= 44 gram/mol
n SO3 :
= m / Mr
= 2 gram / 80 gram/mol
= 0,025 mol
• Rumus mencari Volume CO2 , jika Keadaan sama dengan gas lain (SO3) :
Vm CO2 = Vm SO3
n CO2 / V CO2 = n SO3 / V SO3
n CO2 = n SO3 × V CO2 / V SO3
n CO2 = 0,025 mol × 10 L / 1 L
n CO2 = 0,25 mol
massa gas CO2 :
= n (mol) × Mr
= 0,25 mol × 44 gram/mol
