Sporty ekstremalne czy tradycyjne? - wady i zalety.

Proszę o kilka punktów w języku angielskim :)

Pros:

 

- very exciting

- you get an adrenaline rush

- you strengthen your body

- you start believing that everything is possible

- some help with team building (paintball)

 

Cons:

 

- can result in injury

- can cause death in some cases

- some are very expensive  (ex. skydiving)

- some extreme sports are only for persons 18 and olde
