Sebuah limas alasnya berbentuk persegi panjang berukuran 24 cm × 60 cm dan tingginya limas 16 cm. Hitunglah:
a. Volume limas tersebut.
b. Luas limas tersebut.

Volume Limas = P x L x T = 24 x 60 x 16 = 23.040 cm
Luas Limas = P x L = 24 x 60 = 1.440

Luas alas = p x l
               = 24 x 60 
               = 1440cm²
Keliling = 2 ( p + l ) 
           = 2 ( 24 + 60 )
           = 2 x 84
           = 168cm
a) Volume = 1/3 x L.alas x tinggi 
                = 1/3 x 1440 x 16 
                = 7.680cm³
b) s = √ 16² + 12²
       = √ 256 + 144
       = √ 400
       = 20cm
Lp = L.alas + 1/2 x K.alas x s 
     = 1440 + 1/2 x 168 x 20
     = 1440 + 1680
     = 3120cm²
