One month ago I received a portable CD player from my grandparents. They bought it from the Internet Hi-Fi shop. For about three days, it worked well, but since then three problems have developed. First, the pop doesn’t open properly. I have to press the button several times before it opens. Second, CDs sometimes stop in the middle of a track. This usually happens after I’ve used the CD player for 5-10 minutes. Third, the Pause button doesn’t work. I can stop it but not pause it.
There shouldn’t be so many problems with a new piece of equipment. I don’t want to have it repaired because I don’t trust the brand any more. I would like to receive a refund immediately.
