Thanks for your letter. I was sorry that you and your neighbor still quarrel. I've got a couple of idaes which I hope will help you.

Firstly, why don't you ask the council to send a special advisor to help ? this person will try to solve your problems and stop the arguing.

Secondly, you should never lose your temper when you talk to your neighbour if you stay calm, your neighbour will do the some.

Thirdly, you should agree to some of the changes your neighbour wants your neighbour should agree to some of the changes you want.

Well, I must go now, because I go to my friend. I hope these ideas help. Write or give me a ring if there's anything else I can do.

Why don't you ask the council to send a special advisor to help ? He will try to solve your problems and stop the arguement.

You should  never lose your temper when you talk to your neighbour. If you stay calm, your neighbour will do the same.

I also think that you should agree to some of the changes your neighbour wants. If you do that, he should accept some of the changes you want.
