I should completly cut down of my deit things like any kind of sweets. For example: Candles, Cookies, Cakes and more more. Its good to me to eat more rye bread and don't eat wheat bread.I also supose to eat three meals of the day. Between it I can't eat any sancks. I can't eat in fast foods either. Maybe i can get up earlier and go for jogging or ride a bike. I can go to gym after school.
