Prestent Continuous robisz tak, że piszesz czasownikbe odmieniony przez osobę (l. poj.: I - am, you - are, he, she, it - is, l. mn.: we, you, they - are), a po nim inny czasownik z końcówką -ing (np. help-helping).
Jeżeli czasownik ten kończy się na literę e, to ją pomijasz (np. write-writing).
