1. I agree with this statement. The way we decorate and then keep our room refects our personality. For example, if your room looks practical because there is a computer, printer etc and everything is in order - it means that you are very hard-working, responsible and organised person. But if your room looks chaotic because there are too many items which don't match to each other - it means that you are rather untidy, disorganised and sloppy.

2. The main advantage of sharing a flat is that the flat/house is always full of people and there is always someone to talk with. Moreover, you can get up or come back home at any time and it doesn't mind. You can leave your bedroom in a mess and nobody complains. Finally, you don't have to do the housework only by yourself - all diuties can be shared among other flatmates.

3. The interior decoration is very important in the room you rent. The room should be nice decorated so that you will feel comfortable living there. It should be also fully furnished with desk, bed, wardrobe etc.

4. There is always a threat that you will rent a flat with people who you won't get on well with. For example, they will have irritating habits or they won't respect your privacy. What is more, some flatmates can be very noisy and they want to make a party four or five times a week. If you are a student or have to get up early to work it can drive you mad.
