karena tegak lurus, maka :

-21/5 • m₂ = -1

* Mecari persamaan garis
Persamaan garis yang melalui titik (x₁,y₁) dan bergradien m adalah :
y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 1 = 5/21(x - 2)
21 (y - 1) = 5(x - 2)
21y - 21 = 5x - 10
21y - 21 - 5x + 10 = 0
21y - 5x - 11 = 0
Jadi, persamaan garisnya adalah 21y - 5x - 11 = 0
